IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TEAM MANAGERS
VERY IMPORTANT***VERY IMPORTANT***VERY IMPORTANT
All players who will be participating with your team during the tournament need to be entered into the online system no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on Monday, May 8, 2006. If ALL your players are not entered into the system by this deadline, you run the risk of them not be allowed to participate in the tournament!!! We print the game cards and check-in sheets from this data so it is very important that this information be accurate and complete! Please make sure you have all your players entered in ON TIME! THANK YOU!
TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN
Tournament check-in will be held on Friday, May 12, 2006 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Marriott La Frontera which is located at: 2600 La Frontera Blvd. Round Rock, Texas 78681.
RECOMMENDED FOR ALL PARTICIPATING TEAMS, BUT MANDATORY FOR TEAMS WITH 8:00AM START TIMES.
U8 TEAM CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
You will be required to bring the following to check-in:
1. ROSTER: Current 2005/2006 Spring roster that is signed by your local club registrar.
2. PLAYER ID CARDS: ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR U8 TEAMS!
3. KIDSAFE BADGES (For STYSA Teams ONLY): Current 2004/2006 (BLUE) badges for every Coach/Assistant Coach who will be on the sideline in an official capacity for the games. Each coach, assistant coach, trainer or manager wishing to be on the team sideline must have visible their KidSafe Pass confirming that they have complied with the state requirement for a background check.
*MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS ARE NOT REQUIRED!
U9-U18 TEAM CHECK-IN REQUIREMNENTS:
You will be required to bring the following to check-in:
1. ROSTER: Current 2005/2006 Spring roster that is signed by your local club registrar.
2. PLAYER ID CARDS: Current 2005/2006 Player ID Cards. Each player and coach must have a properly signed and laminated USYS Identification card. The ID card must be properly prepared, laminated and contain the proper information – name, date of birth (for players only), ID number, Team Code and Team Name. The card must also have a recent photo of the individual and be signed by both the Local or Member Association Registrar and the holder of the card.
Please place these in alphabetical order for faster check-in. THANK YOU!

You may also check your team in at the fields 1 hour prior to your first scheduled game, unless you have an 8:00AM start time on May 13, 2006, then you are required to check in on Friday, May 12, 2006 between the hours of 7:00PM – 9:00PM. We would prefer that everyone check-in Friday night, just in case there are any paperwork problems, you will have some time to get them fixed! However, if you choose to check your team in on Saturday morning PLEASE make sure that all your paperwork is in order because the last thing we want to do is have to excuse a player from participating.
