ATTENTION ALL TEAMS: GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND!!

MANDATORY TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN FOR ALL TEAMS We will be having a mandatory check-in on Friday, December 1, 2006 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Holiday Inn Express which is located at: 14620 N. IH-35 Austin, Texas 78728

1. ROSTER: Current Fall 2006/2007 Official STYSA Roster that is signed by your Association Registrar and/or responsible officer of your STYSA Member Association.

2. TOURNAMENT APPLICATION: Can be found underneath your “Team Account” in the online tournament database. (Once you complete the registration process, you will be able to print this out)

3. PLAYER ID CARDS: Current 2006/2007 Player ID Cards. Each player must have a properly signed and laminated USYS Identification card. The ID card must be properly prepared, laminated and contain the proper information – name, date of birth, ID number, Team Code and Team Name. The card must also have a recent photo of the individual and be signed by both the Local or Member Association Registrar and the holder of the card.

Please place these in alphabetical order for faster check-in. THANK YOU!

4. PENALTY POINT REPORT: Teams must have a copy of their Penalty Point Report. This Report shall contain the accumulated penalty points and the date(s) the points were received for each player, coach or assistant coach on the participating team. It shall also note the date(s) of any suspensions that were served. This report shall be completed by the league administrator.

5. ADULT PARTICIPATION PASSES: Will not be required at check-in. However, as the team manager, you need to make sure that your rostered adults have the current 2006/2007 (YELLOW) passes. This is for every Coach/Assistant Coach/Trainer/Manager who is listed on your roster and will be on the sideline in an official capacity for the games. Each coach, assistant coach, trainer or manager wishing to be on the team sideline must have visible their signed, pictured and laminated Adult Participation Pass confirming that they have complied with the state requirement for a background check. Although, the passes will not be required at check-in…THEY WILL BE REQUIRED AND CHECKED AT THE FIELDS DURING THE GAMES!!!

MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS (WITH PROPERLY PREPARED PARTICIPATION PASSES) WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE TEAM SIDELINE DURING A GAME.
