ATTENTION ALL TEAMS
We are in the process of finalizing schedules; your patience is greatly appreciated. Schedules will be posted no later than 8 p.m. tonight, 11/15. When the schedules are completed you can click on the “Schedules & Scores” link (located in the gray toolbar above) to view your teams’ schedule.

We have had several groups change due to teams not being able to participate. Revised master schedules are now posted. These schedules give a brief overview of the weekend, but they do not show specific team/game information.

Games will be played at: CAYSA Fields in Manor, Hwy 95 Fields in Bastrop, Ray Thomas Complex in Georgetown, Northeast Metro Park in Pflugerville, Korompai Complex in Temple and Williamson County Regional Park in Cedar Park. A complete site breakdown is posted underneath the “Dates/Location” box. In addition, maps and field layouts are posted for each site underneath the "Fields" section.

Remember - No Guest Players Allowed! Teams must compete with ONLY those players who appear on their Fall 2006/2007 Official CAYSA roster. No Guest Players Allowed!

MANDATORY TOURNAMENT CHECK-OUT
FOR ALL TEAMS
We will be having a mandatory check-out on Thursday, November 16, 2006 from 6:00PM to 7:30PM at the CAYSA Office which is located at: 15317 Hwy 290 East Manor, Texas 78653.

You will be required to bring the following to check-out:

1. ROSTER: Current Fall 2006/2007 Official Club Roster that is signed by your club registrar.

2. TOURNAMENT APPLICATION: Can be found underneath your “Team Account” in the online tournament database. (Once you complete the registration process, you will be able to print this out)

3. PLAYER ID CARDS: Current 2006/2007 Player ID Cards. Each player must have a properly signed and laminated USYS Identification card. The ID card must be properly prepared, laminated and contain the proper information – name, date of birth, ID number, Team Code and Team Name. The card must also have a recent photo of the individual and be signed by both the Local or Member Association Registrar and the holder of the card.

Please place these in alphabetical order for faster check-in. THANK YOU!

4. PENALTY POINT REPORT: Teams must have a copy of their Penalty Point Report. This Report shall contain the accumulated penalty points and the date(s) the points were received for each player, coach or assistant coach on the participating team. It shall also note the date(s) of any suspensions that were served. This report shall be completed for U12-U14 teams by the league administrator, and for U9-U10 teams by the team or club.

5. ADULT PARTICIPATION PASSES: Will not be required at check-out. However, as the team manager, you need to make sure that your rostered adults have the current 2006/2007 (YELLOW) passes. This is for every Coach/Assistant Coach/Trainer/Manager who is listed on your roster and will be on the sideline in an official capacity for the games. Each coach, assistant coach, trainer or manager wishing to be on the team sideline must have visible their Adult Participation Pass confirming that they have complied with the state requirement for a background check. Although, the passes will not be required at check-out…THEY WILL BE REQUIRED AND CHECKED AT THE FIELDS DURING THE GAMES!!!
