To participate in the Championships Tournament your team MUST be invited by your club. Each Club will be sent allocations, the Clubs will then decide which team/teams they choose to invite.

ATTENTION ALL MANAGERS:
We will be using an online tournament database to help manage the 2007 CAYSA CUP CHAMPIONSHIPS. Each eligible team will be given a user ID/password so that they may login and complete the registration process. YOUR CLUB will be sent detailed instructions along with your user ID/password. When you receive your user ID/password (from YOUR CLUB) you must login and complete your teams’ registration. You MUST have all information complete by May 7, 2007 @ 2pm (incomplete registrations will be deleted)

Once you have received your user ID/password from YOUR CLUB…Please login to your account and complete the registration process which includes your player list!!! We print the game cards and check-out sheets from this data so it is very important that this information be accurate and complete! Please make sure you have all your players entered in ON TIME!!! MANDATORY TOURNAMENT CHECK-OUT FOR ALL TEAMS
We will be having a mandatory check-out on Friday, May 11, 2007 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM (NO EARLY CHECK-OUT) at the CAYSA Office which is located at: 15317 Hwy 290 East Manor, Texas 78653.
You will be required to bring the following to check-in:
1. ROSTER: Current Spring 2007 Official Club Roster that is signed by your club registrar. At check-out you will receive a Current Spring 2007 Official CAYSA Roster that is signed by the CAYSA Association Registrar and/or other responsible officer/staff of CAYSA.
2. TOURNAMENT APPLICATION: Can be found underneath your “Team Account” in the online tournament database. (Once you complete the registration process, you will be able to print this out)
3. PLAYER ID CARDS: Current 2006/2007 Player ID Cards. Each player must have a properly signed and laminated USYS Identification card. The ID card must be properly prepared, laminated and contain the proper information – name, date of birth, ID number, Team Code and Team Name. The card must also have a recent photo of the individual and be signed by both the Local or Member Association Registrar and the holder of the card.
Please place these in alphabetical order for faster check-in. THANK YOU!
4. PENALTY POINT REPORT: Teams must have a copy of their Penalty Point Report. This Report shall contain the accumulated penalty points and the date(s) the points were received for each player, coach or assistant coach on the participating team. It shall also note the date(s) of any suspensions that were served. This report shall be completed for U12-U14 teams by the league administrator, and for U9-U10 teams by the team or club.
5. ADULT PARTICIPATION PASSES: Will not be required at check-out. However, as the team manager, you need to make sure that your rostered adults have the current 2006/2007 (YELLOW) passes. This is for every Coach/Assistant Coach/Trainer/Manager who is listed on your roster and will be on the sideline in an official capacity for the games. Each coach, assistant coach, trainer or manager wishing to be on the team sideline must have visible their Adult Participation Pass confirming that they have complied with the state requirement for a background check. Although, the passes will not be required at check-out…THEY WILL BE REQUIRED AND CHECKED AT THE FIELDS DURING THE GAMES!!!
