James Borders

CAYSA mourns the loss of James Borders, long-time member of CAYSA’s Executive Committee and STYSA Hall of Fame member, who passed away over the Thanksgiving break.

We are grateful for his many years as a friend and hard-working supporter of the players, volunteers, and organizations within CAYSA and STYSA. He helped the soccer community in many ways that were not visible to most people and will be sorely missed.

There will be a celebration of his life in the spring. Details will be coming later.
