THE IMPORTANCE OF ATTENDING BOARD MEETINGS

CAYSA Governing Board meetings are not only important for members to attend they are mandatory. Missing two meetings in a row will put you in bad standing with the association. Being in bad standing means waiting until the next CAYSA Board meeting where a vote will take place to reinstate you. Until your club is reinstated your teams are prevented from participating in any events such as tournaments.

Mark our meetings on your calendar. Set reminders. Post sticky notes. Whatever it takes to help you remember to be here. We want the children to play soccer. Attending these meetings gives you and your clubs the information you need to facilitate a smooth season for all!
