On Saturday, February 2, 2019, CAYSA will host a Kickoff Convention for our member clubs at Concordia High School in Pflugerville.
Registration page (If you pre-register, check-in on site should go pretty quickly. If you register on site, you’ll be filling out the same form ,but waiting in line to do so.)

There will be educational sessions from 9a-4p for club board members, administrators, directors, and team coaches and managers. CAYSA’s educational sessions and meetings will be at the school, which is still in the process of being converted from a warehouse.

At Wells Point Park, across the street and north about 400 yards, there will be a 9v9 licensing course for coaches from 8:30a-12:30p (registration through STYSA) and a referee certification clinic from 1p-5p (registration through STSR).
The licensing courses through STYSA and STSR have costs, but the convention itself is free to CAYSA club members. We do ask that you register ahead of time so we’ll have a better idea how many chairs we’ll need for the various session rooms, but we will be accepting registrations at the door that day.
